Quality Biological, Inc. has been providing high quality Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS) for over 20 years. This product is for in vitro laboratory and research use only. It is not intended for human or animal therapeutic use. This serum was processed at FDA licensed facilities and collected from abattoirs inside the United States or USDA approved facilities, inspected and approved by the United States Department of Agriculture from bovine fetuses derived from healthy animals, which received ante-mortem and post-mortem inspections and were found to be free of signs and symptoms of infectious and contagious diseases.
All lots of FBS are quality controlled following strict release criteria. Only those lots that meet our strict quality requirements are released for sale.

Due to the inherent variability in all sera, we recognize that not all lots of serum will perform equally on all cell lines. Our serum reserve program allows users to test and approve lots prior to purchase. While you are testing our serum, we will hold a specified quantity for your future purchase. The standard reserve period is four weeks, however, if you need more time to perform testing, please contact our Customer Service Representatives or your Sales Representative at the time of your sample request and we will do our best to extend this time to meet your testing needs.
