Returns and Refunds
Should you need to return a product, please contact our Customer
Service Department for a Return Goods Authorization. We ask that returns are
made within 30 days and that the product
is in the original packaging with all manuals, instructions, warnings and warranties.
Product returns not meeting these terms may be refused and returned to sender
(freight collect). All returns may
be subject to a restocking charge. Product must also be in like-new condition
and free from contamination.
Items generally not subject to return include:
1. Items not purchased from Quality Biological, Inc.
2. Items purchased from Quality Biological, Inc. on a "Special Order" basis,
(unless we can return them to the vendor for credit).
3. Products which have been customized, modified or damaged.
