QBSF 60 serum-free medium was especially designed for the ex vivo expansion and differentiation of hematopoietic stem cells, progenitor cells or CD 34+ cells derived from umbilical cord blood, adult bone marrow or mobilized peripheral blood. QBSF 60 serum-free medium is a clinically grade medium containing all pasteurized human or recombinant proteins. The medium can be manufactured cGMP under an FDA Drug Master File. QBSF-58 serum-free medium was designed for the expansion of murine bone marrow cells in liquid culture. The medium is comprised of bovine serum albumin, bovine cholesterol, recombinant human insulin and human transferrin.
