Corning (3842) 96 Well Flat Clear Bottom Black Polystyrene Poly-D-Lysine Coated Microplates are aseptically manufactured. They are coated with poly-D-lysine for enhanced cell attachment and can be used with both top and bottom reading instruments.
- Bottoms are 60% thinner than conventional polystyrene plates, resulting in lower background fluorescence and enabling readings down to 340nm
- Opaque walls to prevent well-to-well crosstalk
- Optically clear flat well bottom permits direct microscopic viewing
- Nonreversable lids with condensation rings to reduce contamination
- Sterile (aseptic assembly) and nonpyrogenic
