Ideal for miniaturized 384 well fluorescent cell-based assays. Suited for fluorescent and luminescent assays using either top or bottom detection microplate readers.
• Round well design with a clear flat bottom
• 2.8mm distance between well bottoms and plate bottom
• 50 µL total well volume, with recommended working volume of 5-40 µL
• Cell growth area: 0.03 cm²
• High base plate design is compatible with automation and for bar coding
• Validated by Molecular Devices for the FLIPR reader. Outer wells aligned for proper viewing with FLIPR
• Poly-D-Lysine coated for enhanced cell attachment
• Sterile (aseptic assembly) and certified nonpyrogenic
