Cytofluid

Description

Proprietary sheath fluid designed specifically for flow cytometry applications.

The solution is prepared using reverse osmosis deionized water, 0.1µm sterile filtered, and packaged in a container that has been gamma irradiated to a minimum of 25 kGy and a maximum of 50 kGy.

Applications

Sterile cytofluid supports the analysis of cells by flow cytometry, while reducing the probability of instrument contamination, as opposed to non-sterile solutions.

Cytofluid is provided in a 20 L cube container at 1X concentration for use with high-throughput fluidics (HTF) systems.
