Eagle’s minimal essential medium (EMEM) is a cell culture medium developed by Harry Eagle that can be used to maintain cells in tissue culture. EMEM Enriched is regular EMEM supplemented with 2X penicillin, 2X streptomycin,  2X amino acids, 2X vitamins, and L-glutamine.
