Description

Protein Running Buffer, 10X is used as the electrophoresis buffer during the stacking and resolve process of sodium dodecyl sulfate – polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE), and is the running buffer for TRIS-glycine gel electrophoresis.

• Contains 1% SDS
• Filtered through a 0.22 µm membrane
• DNase, RNase, and Protease tested

Applications

Protein running Buffer, 10X is a Tris-Glycine buffer used for sodium dodecyl sulfate – polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) of proteins. It is used as both the anode and cathode buffer. Running Buffer, 10X is supplied as 500 mL of 10X concentrate that can be diluted to a 1X solution.

This product is ideally suited for protein gel analysis in biochemical, molecular biological, cell biological, and immunological research studies.
