Supreme DMEM without L-Glutamine
Description
Supreme DMEM allows reduced FBS supplementation of 1%-2% FBS vs. 5%-10% FBS standard supplementation in classical medium. By doing so, Supreme DMEM extends the cell culture serum requirements 5-10 fold longer than classical DMEM. Cellular growth is also exceeded, providing greater cell growth than classical DMEM.
Applications
Cell culture of anchor-dependent cell maintenance and expansion.
