Bulk sterile solutions are typically sterilized using autoclaving (steam sterilization) or filtration (using a sterile filter). The method depends on the nature of the solution and its components to ensure effective sterilization without altering the solution’s integrity.

Custom orders for bulk packaging are available in batch sizes as small as 10L or large-scale production up to 2,000 L in a single batch. Bulk solutions can also be packaged in bioprocessing bags from 10 L to 200 L.

The shelf life will vary depending on the sterile solution. Follow the specific storage requirement on the product label. The expiration date of the product can also be found on the label.
